Serenity Spa is also passionate about supporting ministries such as the Swensen family. They are a missionary family, part of a church plant that focuses on the un-churched or de-churched people in North Muskegon, MI. 

I know, I know, you all love your Bioelements products and who would ever want to return them? But yes, it happens. So This is what we will do:

Scenario #1: "Buyer's Remorse" If you leave here with a purchase and on the way home or the next morning think "What have I done?" No worries. Do not open the products, Call me immediately - 231-668-6925 and we will set up a time for you to bring them back for a full refund. (If you have purchased products from me, you know I do not have a receptionist - so yes, we have to schedule an "appointment" for the return.) And this needs to happen within 3 days of the purchase. Which should not be a problem because you called me right away!

Scenario #2: "Adverse Reaction" This one is rare, but it can happen. If you purchase a skincare product from me and you have no known allergies to any of the ingredients (because we have already talked about that) and you have an adverse reaction to it anyway, call me immediately - 231-668-6925 and we will set up a time for you to bring it back for a full refund. In this case, I will need proof of the reaction. Like seeing you in person is best. Or a photo. And this needs to happen within 3 days of purchase. We will need to discuss some things when you bring them back. I need to inform Bioelements about some specific things like if you were using other products along with the one you reacted to. Were you using the product as directed. And things like that.

Scenario #3: "Not in Love" So you wanted it, you bought it. You used it a few times. And, meh, you do not love it. It is not doing what you thought it would. Please call me - 231-668-6925. First we will chat to see if you were using it as directed. Sometimes a slight adjustment in how you are using it is all that is needed. If we discover you were, then we will arrange a time for you to bring it back for an "In Store Credit" that you can use toward any future service or product purchase. And again, the time frame for this is 3 days. 

 

It is best not to wait until your next facial appointment to bring any of these situations to my attention. Please call me. 231-668-6925. And if you are the type of person who makes a skincare purchase and does not begin using it right away....why? :)
